Upon receipt of your order, our team verifies the regulatory compliance of the buyer's profile. A confirmation email is automatically sent within 30 minutes.

Pre-shipment quality control
Before any packaging, the allocated batch undergoes strict conformity control. Purity greater than or equal to 99.0% is verified and validated by upstream HPLC/MS analysis.

Secure thermal packaging
Lyophilized peptides are packaged in scientific-grade borosilicate glass vials, sealed under an inert nitrogen (N2) atmosphere. This protocol ensures absolute stability of the molecular structure at ambient temperature throughout transit. The vials are inserted into a protective, opaque and airtight transport package, including a desiccating silica pouch to saturate residual moisture.

Handover to carrier & tracking activation
The order is handed over to our partner carriers in a rigorously neutral and unmarked external cardboard packaging, maximizing transit confidentiality. As soon as it is picked up by the European hub, an email containing your unique tracking number and the real-time traceability link is sent to you.

Delivery and receipt confirmation
Upon receipt, the recipient laboratory is invited to inspect the external condition of the package before opening. In case of visible damage or alteration of the transport packaging, mention it explicitly on the carrier's delivery note before signing. Keep the original packaging. A follow-up email is sent to you to confirm good receipt.

Exceptional procedures

Absence at delivery
In case of absence, the carrier leaves a notice and keeps the package in deposit for 5 working days. Given the thermosensitive nature of the products, we recommend choosing a delivery address with guaranteed presence. After this period, the package is returned to us.

Incorrect delivery address
Any address error communicated during the order is the responsibility of the customer. BIOTOPEP cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect address. Any address modification after shipment is subject to the carrier's redirection fees.
Verify your address before validating
Delivery to institutional laboratory
For deliveries to university, hospital or industrial laboratories, please indicate the name of the recipient manager and the building/service number. BIOTOPEP can provide a scientific batch identification slip to be presented upon institutional receipt, upon simple request.

Extended delivery times
During periods of high activity (end of year, summer periods), delays may be increased by 24 to 48 hours. BIOTOPEP informs its customers by email of any known logistical disruption likely to affect the delivery chain. Delivery times are indicative and not contractual.

What to do in case of a delivery problem?

Damaged package upon receipt
Refuse delivery or make precise, handwritten reservations on the carrier's slip before signing. Photograph the damaged packaging immediately. Contact us within 24 hours at contact@biotopep.com, attaching the photos. We will initiate a complaint procedure with the carrier and arrange a priority reshipment.
Package not received within announced deadlines
If your package is not delivered within 5 working days of shipment, contact our customer service at contact@biotopep.com, indicating your order and tracking number. We will open an investigation with the carrier within 24 working hours. In case of confirmed loss, we will proceed with reshipment or full refund.
Product received non-compliant or damaged
In case of product non-compliance (labeling, vial integrity, compromised transit temperature according to attached data logger), contact us immediately. Do not use the product. A priority replacement protocol is activated within 24 working hours. The BIOTOPEP conformity guarantee applies unconditionally.
